About the event
This 1 hour Hatha Yoga class will be gentile and accessible while still igniting our inner fire. During the class, we will channel the transformative power of the Sun through practice of SunSalutations, heart opening poses, and chanting of the Gayari Mantra. This ancient mantra has been chanted for thousand of years to open one up to the radiant light of love and wisdom. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or pillow to sit, we do have some available. 4:45pm to 5:45pm Cost $15
