We will begin with a sacred Cacao Ceremony at the start of the retreat, opening your heart and mind to receive direction from Spirit, your guides and you Higher Self, setting the tone for a day of spiritual connection and growth

Experience a transformative Chakra Balancing session infused with the strength of crystals, harmonizing and aligning your energy centers to promote overall well-being and vitality.

A nourishing Black Bean Taco Bar will be provided free of charge 12:30-1:30pm

Conclude the day with a powerful Clarity Breathwork practice, releasing stagnant energy and welcoming in renewed clarity and purpose.

10:30-11:30am Cacao Ceremony led by Vanessa. Connect to Spirit, Guides and Higher Self.

11;30-12:30pm Lay on yoga mat while Vanessa places the appropriate stones on your chakras. Participate in a guided meditation to clear any debris and blockages in these energy centers. Please wear your hair so a crystal can be placed against the top of your head. Please wear pants or shorts that allow you to place a stone at your root chakra.

12:30-1:30pm Break and lunch

1:30-3:30pm Gentle Clarity Breathwork practice with Jemima. You will lay on a mat and follow her lead though the practice.

*please bring a yoga mat. Loaners will be available.
